GROUT PRO- Grout and Tile Restoration

Extremely well done. Ed and his son were diligent, professional, and proficient at their job!

Ed was quick to return my call to set up an appointment for the free estimate. He was on time and was an all around pleasure to work with, as was his son. I have raved about them and in just one week have referred several friends to him.

We bought a bank repo that was at one time a very nice home, but had been severely neglected. Among other issues, the many tile surfaces in the home were in awful shape. I remember thinking to myself that it was a shame, because underneath all of the filth and grime, it had been nice looking tile and was not yet outdated. I assumed I would do my best to get it clean, but that it would either be one of those things that looks dirty even when it's clean, or it would all need to be replaced. Needless to say, neither option pleased me. After reading rave reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give Grout Pro a try, thinking I could probably only afford to do the grody shower. Boy was I wrong, Ed's estimate was a pleasant surprise. I decided to do the whole house. Just a few days later, every tile surface in the home was completely restored to it's original beauty. Ed and his son even finished the job a couple of hours earlier than expected, which was an added bonus. I've been singing their praises ever since....to anyone who will listen and my friends are all so impressed that they can't wait to schedule their projects with Grout Pro.

The Grout Pros did a fine professional job. They were efficient, punctual, and pleasant to do business with.

Ed Lopez and his son were very professional. The job they did was amazing and my tile floors look brand new. The price was reasonable and were able to complete work in one day. He also provided a year warranty on his work.

Ed was very responsive to my initial call and came out as scheduled for the walkthrough and quote.

His son arrived and quot;on timeand quot; for the appointment (Ed worked on the job as well, but didn't arrive first).

All the tile was thoroughly cleaned and the grout sealed. It looks and quot;better than newand quot; (was new construction in 2005, one of the last Sullivan Homes before they went bankrupt in 2006 or thereabouts).

They finished and quot;on timeand quot; and called my office (as agreed upon) for me to come out to lock up after the work was done.

Good value for the money paid in my opinion. I would work with them again.

The project went as planned (or better). Ed is friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable.

Whatever they did it made them look like new. He was very reasonably priced, and I am very happy with the result. Ed was very kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to others.

I received a call back within one day, and Ed apologized for not getting back to me sooner....didn't expect I would hear from anyone even as fast as he did call! He came out to give me a free estimate within just a couple of days, and was back to do the work quickly. He arrived promptly with his son and they had all of the grouting and caulk work done in less than 2 hours. The areas they did look like new. Grout is a perfect match in color....they cleaned up every speck of dust and left it looking as it did when they started.

I was very impressed overall with the professionalism, courtesy, and congenial manner in which this work was done from start to finish. I would recommend this team to anyone! VERY happy with the results and the very fair price for the work. These guys are a TEN!200

Grout Pro responded immediately to our request for a bid, which we thought was quite reasonable. Ed and his son showed up on time, worked efficiently, were careful with their materials, and performed professionally. The results were excellent. Our grout has never looked better, the color is an exact match with the existing grout, and the grout has been well sealed.

We would highly recommend Grout Pro for any grout work, and we would definitely use them again if needed.
