Denise is the consummate realtor. She is exceptionally creative in her marketing of real estate for the benefit of her client. Her business ethics were above and beyond the ordinary leading to a high level of trust and confidence in her suggestions and guidance. She represents her client in all necessary areas including contacting surveyors, title company, sellers agent and all others as needed to make the final arrangements of your sale painless. This was the most rewarding and personally satisfying real estate transaction deal I have ever done. If you are in the need of realtor, look no further. You will find her as wonderful as I.

We recently bought a condo in North Idaho while living overseas, which was very complicated to do.  I do not believe this process would have worked out without the incredible skills and experience of our realtor, Denise Lundy.  She previously was affiliated for many years with Lakeshore Realty, and just opened her new brokerage, Fortus Realty, in Coeur d'Alene. It was her marketing of the condo, with obvious time taken to provide lots and lots of pictures, that allowed us to feel comfortable buying sight unseen. What an amazing professional, and a person of great integrity.  It took four months for the process, which had nothing to do with Ms. Lundy, she was always on time and on top of every detail.  The delays were due to our lender requirements.  We may have reached a record on the number of addendums added, but she never complained and was always honest and encouraging.  Eventually we had to switch lenders, and due to Ms. Lundy's abilities, she was able to hold the deal together while we secured the loan.  She recommended a great local bank (I will submit a report for that, Marilyn Buroker at Mountain West Bank) and we eventually closed on the condo.  Ms. Lundy was also a dual-agent in the process, as we did not know anyone in the area and she was the listing agent for the condo we wanted to buy.  I was hesitant at first, not knowing how that would work, but I need not have worried.  In fact, I think having her as the dual agent was the only reason the the process kept going.  She treated both clients with such great respect and care, that we were very comfortable throughout the experience.  I had to fly from overseas to Coeur d'Alene at one point, and I was amazed at her energy level and incredible professionalism exhibited with each and every person I heard her come into contact with.  I would highly, highly recommend anyone needing to buy or sell a house to contact Denise Lundy first.  I can't think of any other experience in any field where I've had such outstanding service. It's exciting that she's opened her own brokerage, because it is well-deserved and will no doubt be a success.  It was not a high end condo, so there wasn't a big commission involved, but she worked just as hard as if it were a much more expensive property. She has a wonderful assistant, Annette Steinmetz, who was also very helpful.  I wish there was more I could do to promote this outstanding realtor, because we had such an exceptional experience.
