I had used Craig for years. Excellent work when he showed up. But that was always the problem. He would always be late or many times would cancel after I already had my furniture moved & ready for him. On one occasion he was in an accident..understood. Then he went back to school and it went downhill from there. He now has a girl mediating his schedule that made things even more messy. Much more messy. I had buyers doing their last walk through before closing & Craig was scheduled to come out that morning. Being as unreliable as he had been in the past, I called to confirm he was on his way & he had me down for the next day! A very stressful situation on top of moving! I made him drop everything to get there. Then my fiance and I scheduled him for a double appt. My fiance's house first and mine 2nd which were just a minutes drive apart. He cancelled my appt and sent another company to my fiance's!!! A horrible job was done, overcharged and we are now waiting to get this guy out again for a 3rd time! We insisted to this gal (his scheduler) that we did not hire this other company. We told her to get Craig out or we wanted a refund. She gave us the run around for a month and after many inconvenient calls to her and Craig she just texted saying. "We no longer service your area". So here we sit with our new home undone and my fiancee's carpet at his old house still unfinished. When trying to contact Craig & leaving a msg for HIM to call, SHE would call. I would then tell this gal to please call my fiance to reschedule and to not contact me at work and I would immediately get another text or call...at work! She did this numerous times and when I told her I was going to email my co-workers to warn them about their downhill service, she called my employer!!! Do not hire this company!! The only reason I put up all these years with Craig's unreliability was because he charged much less because I didn't move all my furniture and the area cleaned totalled a minimal space. Trust me. If you hire this company, be prepared for tardiness or a complete no-show!!! Score? A big F!!!
