I talked to them for a minute, and I told them to go ahead and do the work. The carpets were clean. I had a hard time getting in touch with them.

They've always done a good job. I'm actually due to have them come out again soon to do another cleaning. They have also been able to sanitize the floors as well which was nice as I have a cat. I will continue to use them.
