Although their prices were a bit higher then every other bid; you can't beat their customer service and professional installation.  Louie, the owner & manager, was available to handle my account personally.  He stated from the very beginning that his goal was to see me happy and that proved true from the very start.  We were on a very tight schedule as I wanted to have the carpet in place prior to my move date.  Upon closing Louie came out and measured the home, ordered the carpet, and had it installed within a week from the date of the original order.  I met the installer one night when I came to check on the home and the installer contracted by Louie was also great; he took the time to educate me about my carpet, how he was going about installation, and talked to me about maintaining the carpet over time.  Payment was quick and easy as I dropped off a 50% deposit check with Louie to start the project and then paid the remaining 50% upon satisfactory job completion.   It will cost a bit more with this company, but the quality of service is worth it.

.Flooring and counters look nice.  We bought middle of the line materials but they look great.  Cody was easy to work with and their installers did a nice job in a timely fashion (especially for the laminate wood floor).   We would probably use them again for any future flooring needs.
