They are wonderful to deal with - very friendly, respectful, and helpful. With their method of cleaning, the carpets are dry much faster than the traditional method. Their price was actually lower than I was quoted over the phone. They helped us determine that carpet needed to be replaced on one room - before they cleaned it - and then they helped us remove the carpet and padding and pointed us in the right direction to get new carpet as quickly as possible (just being super helpful - no charge). I'd highly recommend them. This is actually the second time I've used them, and they did a fantastic job the last time on stained white carpet!

Company was prompt in arriving and made short work of the spots and carpet issues we had from animals and kids. We had thought we would replace our carpets as last two companies who had cleaned them failed and spots re- appeared after a day. Carbonated solutions not only cleaned our carpets but made them look new again. Spots are still gone and carpets look brand new. We will use this company from this point forward and have proudly given our friends their name as we feel confident not only in their service, but professionalism and price.
