Duane was Johnny on the spot when we called and had our 1st leak. He came out and determined what was wrong. We also asked him to order some jets and filters for us. He said he would be back in a week. He was back in 16 days, only because I called. The wrong jets were ordered. I asked him to fix the leak and we could wait on the jets. He brought the filters and the parts to fix the leak. The next day we had another leak. It is really starting to get cold in Nov. He comes out in about a week (and only because we call again) and without the jets. I told him that I was disappointed that he didn't turn on the hot tub to start heating when he left the 1st time. He digs around the hot tubs foam and not really finding where the leak is. He said that he needed more time wand would come back. We have not seen him since. It has been 3 weeks now since his last visit. I left them a message that we got someone else. I have no idea what our bill is, as I have not received one yet.
