"Hello [Member Name Removed]! Thank you so much for taking the time to write review. I'm so happy Dr. was able to help you with those ears! Our big boy will be back to new in no time. It was my pleasure meeting you and both your fur kids, they are amazing sweethearts. I look forward to serving your grooming needs for years to come!"
"Hello [member name removed]. I'm so sorry to hear that you had a dissapointing experience with the cleanliness of the drop off area. We come in an hour early every day JUST to do extra cleaning and get the windows open and the place aired out. Unfortunately, the drop off area still does have carpet on the floor, and it's the largest area of the this building I rent. My landlord will not pay to have the carpet replaced with vinyl, so I'm doing it out of my pocket, in this rental building, room by room. That is the last room to get done, because it's so large, and expensive! I want to try to keep my costs down, so I can keep prices reasonable. I'm glad to hear that you are satisfied with the grooming service, and I'm happy you are such a regular client. I love seeing your dogs once a month!"
"Thank you so much for your trust, and loyalty. Claire and Abby are such wonderful old gals. LOVE them!"
"Thank you so much for the positive review [removed member name]! We just LOVE Rosie here. She's such a personable, beautiful doggie! <3"
"I'm so sorry you feel I have an "abrupt" personality. I know all my cute little senior ladies like to chit chat, but I am so very busy on any given day. I try to devote at least 15 minutes to each of you as you pick up your precious babies to hear all about your Dr. visits, and grandkids, and anything else you like to chat about. But I have 8-12 clients a day and only an 8 hour day to complete all that clipping, washing and drying. I am a perfectionist and all pets need to look their best and have a wonderful, fun experience. If I spend 15 minutes with, say 9 clients "chatting" at pick up of their pet, that's 2.25 hours in a day that I'm not working on pets, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and checking pets in and out.... Again, I'm sorry that you felt I was "abrupt" with you! Seniors are a very important part of my business, and I do want you all to feel LOVED and CHERISHED>"
"First of all, nobody ever suggested a cat scratched the dog. That is simply ridiculous. A groomer who works here accidently cut the completely matted dog, on both front legs. The dog was taken immediately to our veterinarian and treated, at no charge to the client. The client also was not charged for the grooming service itself, which was complete at the point of injury. The wounds were superficial, only through the derma (top layer of skin) and in no way compromised the dogs' muscle or ligaments. I appreciate feedback, even negative feedback, however, let's please keep the exageration and drama to a dull roar. Everyone here felt horrible for what happened. We did suggest regular, rather than once yearly, professional grooming for his Poodle. Their hair coat simply should not be neglected and allowed to mat up. It's cruel and painful to the dog, and dangerous for any groomer to undertake. I, Angie, am truly sorry you felt the need to post such a mean, and derogatory review in the public eye, but am sure your unprofessional rant made you feel better. I handled you with the utmost respect and couldn't have been sorrier, and don't know what I could have done to make it any better for you. However, I do not feel the blame should be placed soley on the groomer that worked on your dog that day, as your neglect of the coat did factor in. And some people obviously mistake my no non-sense, confidant demeaner as "arrogant" or "brusk", not much I can do about that. We are reccomended by, and referred to, by every veterinarian in the Kootenai County area, as well as some outside the area. I don't think that would happen if we were known for being irresponsible."
