Not well. Had an urgent issue come up with our senior cat before that appt and was turned away. HIGHLY disappointed. They suggested I could go to another clinic - well duh. We are new to the area, did our homework (even made onsite visit months earlier) & this was the clinic we chose after checking others. Had to find another clinic stat. Sunset helped us that day. Apparently Alpine doesn't like walk-ins and have had multiple miscommunication & attitudes from the front office staff. We believe in second chances. Keep appt for other 2 cats. We got devastating news. Got impression Dr Bailey assumed we'd put down the cat even though she wasn't showing any signs of illness or suffering from the tumor. On follow up appt - sub cutaneous fluids - I insisted on being present - apparently that's not common here. Also with past miscommunications I didn't want her to be accidentally put to sleep. Got attitude when I asked a question. People really need to check it at the door. Did one more appt but with Dr Orr vs Bailey...more helpful, more compassion. She wasn't told by staff the terminal diagnosis was at this clinic. She was not happy - don't blame Dr Orr. She answered all our questions and very interested in helping us keep kitty happy & healthy. We will see her again. The clinic is slowly redeeming itself but NEVER should have had this experience in the first place.

First off, my family has been going to Alpine Animal Hospital for 30+ years. We have been customers through two owners of the practice and the service has stayed consistent and comprehensive.
Dr Tawny Bailey is incredibly thorough and compassionate. I lost a dog very suddenly to liver cancer and it was wonderful to have her by my side. She did everything she could to save her and I could see that she was broken up by the loss as well. She definitely helped me through it in a way that I could never properly thank her for.
I now have a dog that is difficult to handle (to put it lightly). Despite the issues he has, she always approaches his care in the same way she would any other mild mannered dog. He recently had to have anal gland removal surgery, due to an anatomical anomaly. She performed the surgery with amazing precision and when I was worried he wasn't healing quickly enough, she had me bring him back in and she did a full exam and used a few tricks to help him along on his path to healing faster. And to top it off, she did it it without any additional charges, which was completely unexpected. She made him much more comfortable and the next week of healing went perfectly. Since he had his stitches removed he has been so much better than before surgery.
I can not say enough great things about Alpine Animal Hospital and it's staff.

It was a good experience, the Vet was very thorough and professional. They worked me in very quickly and I was pleased with the outcome.

They were terrific and we'll continue to use them whenever and quot;Maverickand quot; needs care.

Their prices are a little high.

I have no idea what we spent because I am just a foster mother. They are older dogs. I would like them to know that not all the vets, new vets, they do not seem to care about the little stray dogs. Alpine Animal Hospital has stood beside us for years. They have some wonderful vets over there. The owner is really good. In fact, I have not had a bad experience with any of them. They are very compassionate especially Tony Bailey he is an exceptional surgeon. They are excellent and very caring. In terms of price, as far as I know, they give us a real good break. This is second chance pet rescue that I am with. They try to help as much as they can. They are excellent in terms of quality of work, I take one of my dogs over there too and they seem to take as good a care of the little rescue as they do for my dog for which I pay full price. In terms of responsiveness, if I call up with a little emergency they try to work me in. I would definitely use their services again in the future. I started taking my dogs there.

They were so good. I felt that the price was pretty good. The veterinarian recommended that my dog get its teeth brushed.
