I cancelled my rental property insurance due to the cost. I have had auto insurance with this company three years+. During this time I have asked for my "Safe Drivers checks numerous times. The first time I received an e-mail from the office stating "It's not really money." I have filled out forms for the Allstate head office and voiced my concerns. They are using false advertising to bring in new customers, ie, television commercials. I have not to this day received a single safe drivers check.
