Couldn't have gone any better. Dave was extremely informative and patient with explaining what he felt needed to be done. Laid bait in strategic places in garage and two bait boxes outside due to house being on farm land. Will have him come back in several months to rebait the boxes and garage to protect against future infestation. Very pleased so far and would not hesitate to use this service again...Highly recommend them.

Bob did a great job. He treated my house for the ants, searched my property for the ant nests and destroyed the nests, and also removed several wasp nests around my house and outbuildings. He gave us lots of advice and critter traps on keeping the pests from returning. We have had him back for another treatment this past spring. Allen Pest Control does not engage in high pressure and quot;you must get treatments every 3 monthsand quot; selling techniques. They are fine with coming out only when you need them.

Several years ago I had a problem with bees and picked this company out of the phone book. I called asking if they could come out right away because I had company arriving the next day and one of the hives was at my front door. Even though he already had a full schedule, he agreed to come by to take care of my bees on his way home. He showed up as agreed, found even more hives than I knew about, and made sure all bees were gone before he left. I remember thinking he didn't charge enough for the extra effort he'd put in. The following spring it seemed I had more ants than usual so I called Allen Pest control to ask if they had a service that would take care of my pest problems on a regular basis. They did and I've been with them ever since. The technician that comes out has always been extremely professional and courteous. Last year when we thought we might have a poisonous spider in the garage, he even made a special trip out to drop off some traps and then back again to pick them up to see what type of spider it was at no extra charge.
