Ok except two windows were miss measured and had to be installed ten days latter. Aside from that, the windows are of high quality and were put in with great care. The men who did the work were very courteous and cleaned up the work area and were attentive to little details and my requests to small adjustments I pointed out.

It went extremely well, I moved into my home not knowing the colors of paint used and asked them to be very, very careful as I did not want to repaint.  I did not have to repaint due to their professionalism and eager to please me.  The young men were very polite and courteous and excellent work ethics.

They did a great job. They had one of the best prices. There was a storm shortly after they installed my window. Somehow, a huge crack formed in the window in my kitchen. They were really good to come out and immediatly replace the window. They did a great job with that.

After our excellent experience with Window World who honored a lifetime warrantee for a broken seal in a window they installed in 2005, we found out they also sold drapes and window shades.  We made appointments with Lisa to visit them at their showroom and picked out what we wanted.  Allan and Lisa came to our condo to measure the windows, then ordered our custom shades. 
In a short time the shades were in and we arranged for a Saturday installation.  Everything went extremely well.  Allan and Lisa both were very easy to work with.  They delivered what they said they would in a timely manner, and we are thrilled with the results.
