She did not appear to have any compassion or understanding that it was difficult to get her t he information she needed when my husband was receiving treatment out of town in various places weekly. BUT, I was referred to her by a friend---- who later was trying to leave her service. BUt before he could he had an accident. He was in the hospital and then got out and had some recovery to do--- BUT, after he was recovered enough to resume his many business meetings, oversight of his projects and other things in his life-- (he is Elderly) that is when Suzanne decided to pull the rug out from under him. She (without his knowledge) managed to get an emergency order to take over his entire estate and every single bank account. Without him being informed of what happened (YES< ALL ELDERLY PEOPLE-- this can happen to you and you need to protect yourself from people who prey on The ELDERLY)--- So, many weeks after the accident, just when things were getting back to normal and this Elderly person was getting their life back in order-- Suzanne began shutting down all the bank accounts. She went so far as to make a bank take away a debit card, and shut down the account the Elderly person uses to pay bills and write checks--- This in turn made it so the Elderly person has to stay at home without the ability to buy groceries or get gas or anything-- Suzanne embarrassed him in public multiple times as he was trying to find out what happened. And when he would go to speak to his business associates (such as a bank manager) Suzanne would show up and yell at him and humiliate him in public. I guess because he was rich Suzanne was nice to him before the accident, but as soon as she saw she could make more money taking control of his entire estate (without his knowledge)-- then she grabbed it. Even though he was already recovering and back to work. BUT, anyone can go into court and get EMERGENCY orders to take over an ELDERLY persons estate, and you will never know because they do NOT have to tell you. they can just take over. I tried to speak to Suzanne about this-- since I was also a client of hers. I thought she would understand that I mistake had been made. This person had NOT done one thing wrong-- in their business dealings. no mistakes had been made and they were working with their own professionals to set up the correct checks and balances. -- but Suzanne would hear NOTHING-- she hung up and began worse shutting down accounts and stopping this Elderly person from having any control over even one checking account for food and gas. THIS person is wealthy and SUZANNE is expecting him to live on $100 cash for food- and he has to ask her permission to receive a little bit of cash to live- but of course she has not even given him ANYTHING. As we tried to figure out how she managed to do this conniving thing-- we heard around town from other professionals that she is 'known' to do this, she has a 'reputation' for this type of thing--- so, I would never trust her at all with anything. She is smart-- as others claim, but she is clever, like a fox--- and you will be the one that gets devoured.
