They were ready for my arrival at the appointed time. Parker has a very cordial and knowledgeable staff. Work was performed on-time and at the estimated price. There are cheaper alternatives, but I like the work the Parker's mechanics do.

They are real good. They wash the car for us for free. They do a thorough job with the repairs and the maintenance. They don't forget stuff, and they don't mess with our car. With regard to price, as far as the other car dealers go, they are all the same; it's pretty close.

I was very impressed with my most recent service (routine maintenance). Every person I interacted with was very professional. Furthermore, when the Detail Shop didn't do a great job on my interior detail cleaning, the manager noticed it before I could even take the car home and he made sure they did it correctly and detailed the exterior at no charge.

They were very fair on my tade-in. My salesperson, Mitch, was great to deal with. No high pressure at all! I contacted a dealership in Spokane Valley several weeks before I spoke with Parker Toyota. I had my car from Parker for 2 weeks before the other dealership finally got back to me and said I could stop in and look at a Prius C at their dealership that had been pre-sold. So glad I went through Parker, or I would still be waiting for the car I wanted!
