All service people were pro, they did the job on time with efficiency and knowledge on how to stay within the ADA guidelines.

Tile Outlet was originally a back-up plan - which turned out to be a real blessing.  When the guy who had first committed to the backsplash bailed on us, we were down to the wire, and a neighbor suggested we call Tile Outlet in Caldwell. The guy who runs the place was open, honest and responsive to our need.  In less than 3 business days, his 2 person crew came out, did the kitchen and the new baths.  The guys on the crew were positive, professional and efficient.  This outfit knows how to get the job done right the first time.  They were cooperative and very helpful. They even fixed and repaired 2 gouges in the new countertop left by the "too busy to stay" granite installers.  Great work.  The price I was quoted was a few dollars less than the bill, but for all the work and help, it was very reasonable.  There was quite a bit of work including some custom glass tile set in the rest of the work.  I'd use this company and these guys in a heartbeat.

Chad was very helpful in assisting our choices of tile and picking out the granite.  He was great to work with.  We had gone to other tile and granite stores but Tile Outlet had a better selection than the other stores but the customer service that Chad delivered made us go with Tile Outlet. He did a great job and we have a beautiful bathroom.

Installation on first day of all tile-installer was neat and thorough.  Grout was 2nd day; surprised that sealing wasn't included.

We did our own demolition of the countertop to save money and time, this was agreed to at time of contract. Not sure how much that saving was as we never considered any other option. Chad, was very helpful in our selection of granite, he went out of his way to bring me a sample of the remnant I selected. Unfortunately, my first choice was not a good match we went back to the store and searched for another option. With Chads help we found a granite more suitable and scheduled the install for 7 days later. On the day of install we received a call from Chad asking if it were possible for them to come a little early, we were ready so this was great for all concerned. The installer was very courteous and professional, he was in and out in under 2 hours. He gave me specific instructions on how to grout my backsplash and the finished product is beautiful. Hats off to this business, we will be going back for more!

They were great, are easy to work with and very reliable. They're really good on their cost, in keeping prices and their price is even negotiable. It is a great company and they are willing to take care of their customers without a hitch.

The price was competitive. I would definitely use them again.

They took out the old kitchen countertops and installed the new granite. They had to remove appliance storage to reinstall it. They put in a new tile backsplash. I rate them very highly.
