Description of Work
Mr. Shippy came out to the house on time. He asked several questions and looked around for a few minutes. Asked us what we wanted (a room addition) and left after about 10 minutes. When we made contact the following week he gave me a verbal bid. We did not chose Shippy because we did not have a written bid and because he did not ask us enough detail. We would call him in the future, though, for a lesser extensive job. He has many years experience.

We started a remodel the fall of 2009 and it was taking all of our energy and time, when we discovered we had to replace a section of roof it was all I could do not to cry. Luckily my husband decided that it would be a good time to hire some help. We called Shippy Construction who was referred to us by my brother, they had helped him with several projects and he was very happy with their work. Right away I knew we made a good choice, they were clean, effecient and did beautiful work with attention to detail. Now I have a wonderful covered patio and my house has a brand new look. Since then I have used Shippy Construction on other projects as well and have been thrilled with the outcome every time.
