Jared and Jeff repainted our home inside, and out. They also did remodel work inside to create two offices. We also had a living room and bedroom floor raised and they have moved/installed several fixtures throughout the house. We have been very happy with their work and will be using them again this month to reface our chimney.

Jared kept heâ s word showed up when he said he would and got the work done.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! We hired Jared to complete our bathroom remodel. We needed to install a new tile floor and upgrade our insert shower into a tile shower. He came by our house, saw the tile we wanted, and we hired him to start about 2 weeks later on November 9. We had guest coming into town the following weekend, so we made it clear that we would need everything done in a week, otherwise we were happy to hold off on the project until after our guests were gone. He said not a problem, a week would be fine. Not the case. A week came and went, progress was very slow and we asked again about the timing. He said it would be done, even if he had to stay late. Never the case, I don't believe he ever worked a full 8 hour day at our house. The quality of work on the floor the first time around was so horrendous we confronted him and he admitted he was rushing and very apologetic. We made a plan that he would return after Thanksgiving to demo what he had started with the floor and gave him a second chance to get it right. This past week things seemed to be going ok, until we got to Friday. Jared was nowhere to be found, and Jeff was at our house to do the grout and finishing touches. When we arrived home from work, we found a mess and many issues. We pointed out grout that was so built up in the corners, on the wall where the baseboard was supposed to go, grout and caulking missing in the shower, filled in grout where tiles should have been, etc. When confronting Jeff on why everything is taking so long, that Jared had said everything would be done on Friday, Jeff tried to say they just had some cleaning left to do. Not the case AT ALL! They had at least another entire day of work left, and it was already 6:30pm. We left for dinner and we received a text from Jeff at 7:50pm stating "we're done, just detail cleaning left." We got home and disappointed doesn't express how we felt. Our brand new vanities were covered in splatters of grout and black streaks everywhere, our brand new faucets were caked with grout, our new white sinks were splattered with black grout and the sink plug kept getting stuck because of the grout in our sinks. Our walls and ceiling were streaked with black grout, the sections where the baseboards were supposed to be installed were caked with solid thin set and grout. Floor tile chipped and netting sticking out between tile, just grouted in. Black grout covered the tops of white floor tile. Broken pieces of tiles grouted in. The threshold between our bedroom and bathroom has missing tile, and they tried to just fill it in with black grout, I believe hoping we wouldn't notice. The trash that they left in our backyard, on our bar outside of just tile pieces and remnants. We found trash in our bedroom where they threw drinks behind our mirror. The lack of care and respect they showed our home and our brand new pieces in our bathroom is unfathomable. Immediately we reached out to Jared, early Saturday morning (Dec. 3, 2022) and I am writing this review on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022 with not a single word from Jared. Jeff sent a text on Sunday, Dec. 3, saying I say your message and pictures...no apology, nothing, just demanding money, and claiming they completed the job. We sent Jared a TON of pictures and he couldn't be bothered to get back in touch with us. We were consistently lied to, the communication has been awful. Jared was never consistent in when they would start their day. On the 3rd day of work, Jared never showed up. It was only after we texted asking where he was, that he said, "oh sorry I had to drive to Nevada to help my parents." They would maybe come between 9-10am and were almost always gone by 4-4:30pm. When you hire contractors, let them in your home, you expect trust and respect to be shown. These guys clearly do not care about any of that. They have shown zero integrity. I now hav...

Jeff and Jared at Phillips Const.came to our house and looked at the work to be done and gave my wife and I an estimate and a finish date which so happened to be spot on,the job they did on our new windows was seamless,they are clean,neat and very knowledgeable I will recommend them to my friends who need a contractor, I've just had them come and do all the baseboard and crown molding in my house and my wife and I completely satisfied. .

I have hired Jeff and his team for two projects; repairing the drywall in our new home after having the pipes replaced and repainting the whole interior of our home. The drywall patches were done very well. I cannot even find where most of the holes were. With our new paint job the house looks better than the day we moved in years ago. Jeff was very communicative and always kept us informed with how the project was proceeding. When they were behind schedule they worked long days to catch up and finish the project on time. Jeff, Tyler and Jared were all very respectful and clearly take great pride in their work.

Jared and Jeff did an amazing job with our complex french door installation project. The door was stained and finished to a perfect match for the wood trim in our house, which included correcting a partial botched stain/patch job. Plus they attached the door to our existing frame (where a door didn't exist previously) and made the door fit in the area that was definitely not square (inches of differences!). When finished the door looked beautiful, and as if it was a part of original build. They were so nice, prompt, and maintained great communication throughout the project. We highly recommend their services!

They contacted me about the project and took in all the information about what my needs were. They had excellent communication throughout and they showed up when they said they would and the project turned out great. I was so impressed with their work, I'm having them bid on another renovation in my home. I'm very please with their customer service and workmanship.

My task was for the installation of a Ductless Air conditioning and heating unit for my second floor bonus room. They quickly visited my house and I got a complete estimate the next day that included everything from getting power for the unit from the other side of my house, the pad for the heat pump and the actual install of the unit including the wiring and piping. Jeff and Jared ran the power while my unit was being shipped and then installed the unit once it arrived. They kept me informed of all the steps and when they would arrive. The quality of the work for the power run that was complex and the actual unit install is excellent. Everything is working perfectly. When a part I ordered was missing they came right out to finish the job once my reorder arrived. The final bill was exactly as expected, no surprises . A five star company for the quality of work, time to complete the work and all the communication along the way. I have already hired them for an additional task!

I initially contacted Phillips Family Construction to do repair work on my fascia which was peeling and looked bad. When Jeff came to give me an estimate, I asked him about painting kitchen cabinets. I had been wanting to have mine professionally painted. He explained the process to me and gave me an estimate on the repair work outside and on the cabinets. It was obvious from the start that Jeff and Jared are professionals and take pride in the work they are doing. As the work progressed, Jeff kept me informed of each step they were taking and the reason for it. They always kept their work area clean and while in my home they were very considerate of my needs and that of my old dog who is deaf and almost blind. This is truly a 5-star company! My kitchen cabinets turned out beautifully and the fascia repair on the house was skillfully completed. I will use this company again when need and I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert professional work done.
