It was easy to make an appointment -- they had many availabilities. On the day of the cleaning, they called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they moved furniture around and got the rooms ready for cleaning. They were very quick and efficient. We were impressed that they were able to get a grease stain out of the carpet in one room (the stain has since resurfaced, or 'wicked back up', but it looks much better than it did). After cleaning, they reassembled the rooms.
We used them through a voucher from Groupon or Living Social, so I am not sure what the price would have been for cleaning.

We had two other companies look at the sectional and BOTH have said the work was done incorrectly, and that a professional company should have known how to treat the fabric. According to both companies too much water was used. The fabric prior to the cleaning was in EXCELLENT condition. The piece had been in a smoking home and had lingering smoke smell. After the cleaning, the fabric looked someone had thrown mud on it. Dark water stains all over it. It has to be replaced. Apparently there is no way to repair it.

"I is hard to give an explaination on something that we were never contacted on. Feburary 10 is 4 months ago. We have an excellent return policy and would have returned to reclean it. Microfiber is a fiber that is prone to water marks. It must be cleaned with alot of moisture especially when it is heavily stained. Obviously it had alot of soiling because it wicked after it was cleaned. Sometimes a reuturn clean may be needed. It is other cleaners that refuse most microfiber cleanings because it is they that dont understand how to clean the product. If you would like i would be more that happy to come back, even four months later to reclean the couch and show you that it is cleanable."

I called Heaven's Best based on the coupon in the flyer and the reports on AL. Ryan was professional enough. He vacuumed and scrubbed the carpet. Granted, the berber carpet was pretty trashed by renters but I can't say it looks much better. It looks pretty roughed up. I was disappointed on the job done on the stairs, I may have to replace the carpet which I was trying to avoid. And I didn't observe personally but I'm pretty sure Ryan dumped his vacuum bag in my recycling barrel????

"Yes it was pretty messed up carpet, the renters did a number on it. We tried several types of cleaners and systems to remove the heavy staining. Unfortunately not all stains come out,we did note and mention it was in bad shape and we did our best to save the carpet. Its always worth trying to clean most damaged carpet to see how it will do. Rentals are always hard due to the unknown. Bur bur is also a hard type to clean, always use protectant on all fiber to stop staining. As far as the vac in the trash, we may have we didn't dump it in the recycle can on purpose. There are so many different types of cans these days and most look the same."

Mike and his assistant called to say they were running early and patiently waited while we drove home to meet them. They were very professional, friendly, and fair. They were honest about a few spots that they were not able to get up. They did guarantee their work; any spots that come back afterward will be cleaned for free. There were two of them working together and they shampooed the entire house in under 1/2 hour.
