We did not personally hire Epic Mechanical?they were brought in by our contractor to handle the full HVAC system for our new 8,000+ sq ft home. That decision has cost us over $18,000 in repairs and replacements that should have been covered under warranty. From day one, the systems failed to perform. Epic blamed us, our radiant flooring, and even the weather, rather than addressing the real issues. Independent HVAC professionals later confirmed multiple installation errors and manufacturer defects?problems that Amana said were fully warrantable. Epic refused to fix them. Even worse, they told us to keep resetting our breakers as a ?solution??something our electrician called a fire hazard. And when our contractor finally confronted them, Epic said we could sue them but they?d never return to our home. They were fully paid and have completely walked away. Do not trust this company with your home.

This team is professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. After another HVAC company—hired by my builder—completely botched my system, EPIC Mechanical came to my rescue. They brought in a team of experts to work alongside them, demonstrating efficiency, expertise, and a genuine concern for my situation, especially with a medically fragile child in the home. They treated my home as if it were their own, addressing every issue with urgency and care. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
