Eric, the owner, went the extra mile to help move my son’s personal belongings on extremely short notice. I called him on Monday afternoon and that evening he had three gentlemen ready to show up the next day! Eric is a Marine vet and has exacting standards for all his employees. On Tuesday morning, Ben called to let me know he was on his way and when to expect them. Ben, Jacob, and Mark arrived when expected; they were clean, professional, respectful, and smiling. The move required Ben to drive to three different addresses, the final being a storage unit. All three gentlemen worked quickly and ensured everything was packed securely in their truck. Unfortunately, the day of the move reached 106 degrees; they never complained and hustled exceptionally fast. I was surprised and exceptionally satisfied with their service. I gave Tracy, the Public Storage facility manager, Eric’s information so she could recommend Eric’s Better Route Moving service to her future clients.

I can't say enough good things about this company!!! Don't even look anywhere else for your moving needs. Hands down the BEST! These guys are very professional and detailed. Wrapped everything and treated each item like it was their own. Very friendly and efficient. Very reasonable priced & fast with responses. We've lived in the same place for 25 years and dreaded the thought of moving. We had a lot of stuff ... heavy things, irregularly shaped things, large desks, dining room tables, heirloom teak pieces and on and on. We got a lot of bids and didn't feel comfortable with any of them. We finally met Eric, the owner of Better Route Moving. His approach was very clear, straight forward ... and efficient. We knew exactly what to expect on the day of the move and the cost was very fair and competitive. The communication was perfect. They arrived exactly on time and went to work. They treated all our possessions with perfect care and treated myself and my wife with kindness and a listening ear. There were 2 trucks and 5 in the crew, including Eric, who showed up himself and managed the entire day. My wife and I fully recommend Better Route Moving. All of our stuff arrived without incident and we couldn't recommend the crew and it's leader more highly.
