The inspection was thorough and he went through the home with us to help us understand any potential issues.

Curt did a wonderful house inspection. He didn't leave any rock (or board) unturned. This is the first time I have personally seen a house inspection report so couldn't say whether it was better or worse than others, but from my perspective it was very thorough and detailed. Curt didn't miss a thing. He didn't hesitate to squeeze on, into, under or above everywhere. In fact at first glance the report alarmed me because of all the items he detailed. But after he calmed me down, he explained how some of the items he had in the report were not dangerous or code violations, but were items that we, as buyers, should be aware of. They are items that we will probably have to address at some time in the future, but are not immediate issues. Personally, I really appreciated this amount of detail because now we know EXACTLY what we are buying with no surprises. Plus I now have an expert list of all the little things that will need to be fixed or tweaked in the future, I won't have to wait for something to break to find out there was a problem. It was very reassuring and helpful. The icing on the cake of this excellent service was that Curt went over everything with us right after the inspection then emailed the complete report to me in less than 4 hours. Not only was this report thorough, but it was also beautiful to behold. He supplied large photos of EVERYTHING complete with with arrows identifying all the areas of concern or problem, something I can keep and use as reference for future repairs, renovations and projects. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care Curt put into the whole process. Great job!
