+ -1 moreMy thermostat stopped working over the weekend, and I submitted a claim to my home warranty company who uses A Unique Heating and Air Company. This was submitted on the weekend so I wasn't expecting a call until Monday anyway. A Unique Heating and Air Company called right away Monday morning before 8 a.m. I explained I would need 30 minutes notice to make it home to let him in and they gave me that. He was there in just about 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me he would have the part the next day. On Tuesday, he once again gave me the 30 minute notice and was there within that time. He installed the transformer and my thermostat is once again working fine. He was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of the questions I had on the unit as I just moved into this new home with older furnace and a/c units. I was impressed with how helpful and flexible this company was working with my schedule. They were also very quick. I would definitely recommend them to others. The price I quoted is only the part I am responsible for according to the home warranty contract I have.
Description of Work: Replaced the transformer that was necessary for the thermostat to work.
