John is a great salesman. While he stuck to his estimate in the end, he wasn't good at being realistic about the work that needed to be done and it took him longer -- short story, he wanted more money for it. The quality of work that he claimed was not reality and I had to call him back more than 4 times to "fix" mistakes. In the end, he still failed to do the job he claimed he would do.
