Extremely well -- Robert took good care of us -- assessed the damage and provided an estimate. The car was quickly fixed, considering the damage -- when we picked it up, it looked brand new -- you could not tell it had been dented. Thank you! :)

They have ordered the parts and were able to get the extensive repair into the shop relatively quickly (in comparison to ND they are speedy gonzalez!) They compared the review that the body shop in ND did and they agreed with some of the items however they did find more damage than the guys in ND did. It was great to see their attention to detail at this stage of the game and I know that the truck is going to be in 100% brand new shape when we get it back! Super excited to have it repaired there!

The door had to be ordered and replaced. They ordered it immediately, contacted my insurance right away to get the assignment and included me in all correspondence with insurance adjuster via email. They got my car in the day after the estimate and accommodated my schedule which was tight. They also went above and beyond by allowing me to leave my car with them a few days before the repairs as I was flying out of town, and drove me to the airport. The cost of repairs are extremely reasonable especially considering it's an Audi, which usually costs more for any repairs and parts. They are the only authorized repair shop but do not take advantage of that status, rather they have earned that privilege. I would choose them even if I had other choices! I would have other choices if I wanted to go to another town. I highly recommend them. The shop is clean, efficient, and fast. They are honest and reputable. They have obviously earned their great reputation.

Another driver's car hit mine at low speed and dimpled/punched the bumper, damaged it. The shop repaired it quickly, handled all the insurance stuff without any hassle for me, had a rental car onsite (covered by insurance) for me to use during repairs, and I couldn't tell the body had ever been damaged.
