Overall, the quality of the product, the installer, and installation, and the timeliness was very good. They seemed to care very much that we get what we wanted. Poor communication and response was the issue, but we wonder if they had taken on too much work, or perhaps the planner/developer was new. I would refer friends and family to this company, just with the caution that you need to be on top of things and be willing to make the call to check in on progress.

They made the cabinet from scratch. They came out and measured. Then they gave us design ideas. They did a good job. We're pretty happy with it. They're expensive though. We were having so much work done on our house, and scheduling it was kind of tricky. The man that came up and designed it for us said he'll put us in for Friday. Then someone called from the office, and said it wouldn't work. We said it was scheduled weeks in advance. She said it can't be done. He made it happen on the day it was supposed to happen. He was wonderful, but she was unprofessional.

It was great. The guy I worked with was Justin Robinson and he was able to help with the design. He came out several times to measure and give ideas. He made himself available and the end product is beautiful. I would definitely use them again.
