Western exterminator Boise idaho

Been using them since we bought our home back in 2014.In March of last year we had our back yard tore up for a rear fence replacement. The tech wanted to do our service and I told him we would have to reschedule. He told me that he could do the inside and for me to call for a reservice since it would be no charge once the backyard was back together. So I did and months later started getting emails and calls saying I needed to pay for the reservice.I explained what the tech said and began a dispute. Months of going back and forth,got a voicemail from a K Dillon that I would guess is a manager saying that I would have to pay the charge.He went on in the voicemail saying that since we left their service,he would not be reversing the charge.So we are selling our house and were going to establish new service once we moved into a new home in Boise.That was the only reason we left.K Dillon couldn't even return my voicemail so I could explain this.I am very disappointed being a long time customer and being treated like this.I paid the reservice so they did not send me to collections over all this crap.If your in Magic valley or Treasure valley,I would think twice before doing business with people that treat their customers this disrespectfully
