Appliance Sale
We had a lot of questions about the differences in washing machines. The salesman was very kind in taking time to answer all our questions. We are very pleased with our washer and service plan.

Appliance Sale
We just moved into our new home and need a refrigerator and a washer and dryer. We started visiting stores looking at new units. We found Wes' and they had nice clean used appliances. We initially purchase a stainless steel refrigerator for $700 and had it delivered. While at the store we noticed a washer and dryer set for $420. After we left the store we decided we wanted the washer and dryer also and called the store to see if we could get those added on and delivered at the same time as the refrigerator. We were too late to get them added on as Wes had already left to deliver the refrigerator. However, he delivered the washer and dryer the next day for no extra deliver charge.

He was not clear in describing the cost to me. There were a bunch of hidden fees that I didn't know about for the service. The repair cost were more than what I paid for the dryer. If he had explained this to me I would not have authorized the service. I would not have had the dryer repaired. The dryer originally cost as much as he was charging for the repair fees. I tried to follow up with a phone call but he was rude and impolite and would not offer satisfaction.
