Paul, the owner does a fantastic job, very respectful of your property, price is appropriate, and works by himself. I have used him for the past two years and will continue to do so.

Bid the job, provided work date and time, price, offered two cleaning processes, hand and spray. We chose hand wash.
Cleaned screens, hand washed and dryed every window, dusted every ledge. He needed extra time but came the following morning and finished when he said he would. He gave us a full report on the condition of our windows, the frames, double panes with trapped moisture. He's knowledgeable on windows, glazing, gas seals, etc. We've schedule a fall cleaning in October.

Called Paul and he came right over to give me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived, quietly did his work, and made the windows sign. I did not know if the hard water spots would come off, but he was able to remove them.

Best gutter cleaning experience I've had in Boise. For some reason, this task is difficult to schedule with service providers in Boise. Many never show up to do the work, even when scheduled. Paul was able to schedule me right away and showed up when he said he would. He also gave me some good advice as to the state of my roof (a fairly old one).

Paul has been cleaning the windows in our home for several years. About four times a year, he comes out and makes the "eyes to our home" sparkle. He always does a great job, cleaning the windows and tracks, inside and out. He even cleans the skylights in our new home! At Christmas time, he comes to put up our Christmas lights; we talk with him about what we want, and either we provide the lights, or he does. He does a very professional job with the lights. It's fantastic to come home from work and have the house glowing! In mid-January, he comes back and takes everything down and puts it away (included in the price of hanging).
