Viking Plumbing Inc

I had to call Viking because my main line was clogged. Turns out tree roots were the culprit and needless to say, a lot of work had to be down to get my plumbing operational. Long story short, I called Viking Plumbing, Inc. and the service I received was terrible. I feel taken advantage of because I’m a single female. They trashed my house, they ruined my yard, their communication was terrible, and they are refusing to do anything about it. My street and front yard are embarrassing. There is mud all over the sidewalk, street, and they even tracked it all over my house and didn’t attempt to clean it up. They left my toilet in my bathtub and I had to ask them to reinstall it. They cut the power line and my neighbor’s power went out. My neighbor had to call me to tell me what was going on because the company didn’t give me a heads up. I spoke to the owner, Bill, and he could care less about my complaints. If you are thinking of using this company, think again. You will get taken advantage of and become the laughing stock of your neighborhood. Shame on them. I am seriously at a loss and can’t believe a company would treat someone this way.

The Technician showed up on time, did a good job cleaning out my Kitchen drain, running the snake back and forth several times.  He ran hot water for several minutes to make sure it was flushed out and also to verify the clog was clear. He also was familiar with my coupon and I had no problems in that respect.  All in all, good service after the initial confusion.

First I must say I've had issues with my plumbing for quite some time and have had other plumbers come out and have not been able to assist me. These great guys told me exactly what was happenIng and how to go about fully fixing it (Finally!). What I like about these guys is they are friendly, honest, and hard working. I enjoyed the work they did for me. Thanks Caleb, the gentleman who is great with our dog, and the youngest out of the bunch. You're all great!

he got drain opened but had to come back in a few weeks to redo---everything appears fine now.He charged for both openings so no gurantees.
not the cleanest job, but he knew what he was doing and was a nice person.
