I was very pleased with the whole process and work don . I am still very pleased. I was not very kind to him on my first review and am sorry. He and his sub contractors really did excellent work.

Very well! They were on time and professional.

We had 6 windows replaced. The owner was very helpful. We bought 5 windows with our Angie's list deal, and then he gave us the same per window deal on the 6th window. He came and carefully measured our windows to ensure a perfect fit. The installers were kind and efficient, and they were very careful to clean up their work inside and out. A year later, our new windows are still perfect. We would definitely hire them again.

I contacted several well-reviewed companies and Kevin wasn't the first to get back to me, but he was the most direct and easiest to deal with and had the best price. One of the competitors came by and quoted me and had really scheduled the work but backed out last second when the sales guy talked to installers...Kevin was professional, friendly, and quick with the repair and I'm no longer in the dog house for breaking the window!

The job went really well, the windows were a little late arriving so we had already left for the school year. Kevin and co. needed no monitoring and were totally on their own doing the work. He is an amazing worker with high standards. He thinks all around the box and is extremely ethical. We highly recommend him for any job, windows or remodel. He is totally capable and super responsible. He went over and beyond to work with us on cost so that we were able to get the best product within our budget. He worked with us on design to make sure issues such as egress and aesthetics were addressed in the best possible manner. Excellent craftsman!

Kevin was great to work with, honest, and prompt. My windows came in ahead of schedule and he scheduled my installation the day after they came in. The crew was fantastic and finished the whole job in one day (about 11.5 hours). They washed every window, and cleaned up well after themselves.
I had 6 other companies come to my house and give me quotes. Quotes came in from $7,400 - $20,000. Kevin came in as the 2nd cheapest quote, but I had a lot more confidence in him and his highly experienced installation team.

Replaced a center window pane on a large window that had a failed moisture seal. Came out the day I called, had the window ordered and replaced within a week. Very professional, fairly priced. Will use them again if needed.

I found Kevin and his crew to be punctual and very professional.  He initially had a friend helping him out who came to my house and wrote a list of items I wanted repaired/installed.  Kevin followed up with an estimate and when the jobs were completed, the cost was exactly as estimated.  No surprises.  The quality of the work was excellent and I thought the price was very fair.  After my front window was properly insulated with foam insulation, the problem I had with bugs on my kitchen counter tops stopped immediately!  Plus, Kevin was great about coming back to do a small job later in the year to install grab bars in the shower for my mom.  He charged $75.00 per grab bar and did a great job installing them through thick shower tiles and into the wall studs.  I've already recommended Kevin to a family member who is looking to do some home renovations.  I'm sure I'll hire him again when I need other work done in my own home.

Kevin, the owner, is very professional and friendly.  He explained his products thoroughly and did not try to 'close the deal' and force an appointment.   I spoke with a couple of other window companies.  His prices were comparable to one and considerably less than another one.  I appreciated his not using pressure techniques on us to buy before he left which the other companies both did.  The windows have worked out well and he even personally came to replace some caulk that came loose from the install over a year later.  He and his men were prompt on the job and very thorough.  I will check first with Kevin and his company on any home project.

Low pressure, no BS and hassle free transaction. Greaat quality windows, meticulous installation, and at least 25% less than nearest competitor. There was a mixup with grid missing on front windows but they gave me the option of a very reasonable discount or re-order. I chose the discount. Victory did great work and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them!

They installed two basement egress windows.  They recognized a problem in advance that other estimates failed to recognize -- that the metal header above the existing windows limited the width of the windows we could install at a reasonable cost.  Their price was competitive.  They were prompt and professional, and did the job for the bid amount.

All work was done on time and as promised at the quoted price.  Kevin and his crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond when unforeseen plumbing issues occurred. We were on a tight schedule, as there is only one bathroom in the home.  The bathroom was partially gutted (lath and plaster); window, tub, vanity and exhaust fan were replaced.   Shower walls and floor were tiled.  All debris were removed. The work started on Monday, and by Friday we were able to move back in. I would highly recommend Victory Windows and Remodeling.   Special thanks to Kevin, Troy, George and Aaron for your hard work!

Victory Window & Remodeling recently replaced all the windows in my home and installed a sliding glass door.  The estimating and buying process could not have gone better as Kevin Burlison (Victory) answered all of my question and explained what I needed to know to select the right windows and doors. The quote I received was clear and easy to understand and Kevin including the information he and I had discussed to ensure my concerns were noted and addressed. The installation team arrived on-time and immediately went to work. They were professional and friendly making me feel at ease with them in every room of my house. They completed their work on time (a 2 day project) and spent a great deal of time finishing the windows and ensuring they left the area clean.

Kevin Burlison, the owner of Victory Windows, arrived to inspect and give an estimate on the work needed to be done. He was very professional and friendly. He talked about the issues of drafts and gaps in both the front and rear entry door. He provided plenty of truthful information about the problem and gave me some options. He was truthful by telling me that both problems could be fixed by adjusting the doors and installing thicker weatherstripping. Because I wanted new in-window blinds for the back door and the door had some appearance issues, I decided to have the back door replaced with a new frame. I also decided to keep the existing front door and have Victory install the thicker weather stripping and adjust the door. We agreed on terms and price and we signed a contract. I was promptly contacted once the new door that was ordered arrived and we arranged a day for install. The owner and a worker arrived and promptly and completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. They had me sign a completion on work paper after I inspected the work and felt I was satisfied.

I am very impressed by Kevin and his work crew.  Kevin thoroughly explained his products and we appreciated his straight forward, honest approach.   He is obviously very knowledgeable and has had a lot of practical experience.  His men were also very professional and did an excellent job.

Kevin was great to work with.  Always able to contact him when needed and he took extra steps to assist us with our project. We are extremely happy with our new windows and the professional service we received from Victory Windows.

Victory's work was all top notch and their prices were very reasonable.

We met with Kevin several  times to work out the details of what we wanted on the replacement deck. He provided building material information and made recommendations regarding the support  structure of the new deck.  
After removal of the original deck, it was hoped the original support structure could be used.  Unfortunately, the wood had deteriorated (caused by contact with the ground), so additional support was required to support the Trex material for the deck.
We felt the costs were kept in line as much as possible and the work was completed on time.  There was a small, corner shelf that seemed out of alignment and Victory Window staff came back to redo that small shelf area to our satisfaction.  
We were very pleased with the final outcome for the whole project and will certainly call Victory Window again!  We would recommend them as well. They were fair, on time, and focused on our satisfaction!
