He serviced my laptop for virus' and malware. He also found the hard drive was bad and replaced it. He showed me where to purchase a hard drive after shopping for the best deal for me. After I purchased the hard drive at cost he installed it for a minimal price. I find his prices very fair and reasonable. He also installed a new antivisu program and showed me how touse it. He has provided me with phone support at no charge for a short period of time after the work was done.
