Fine, period.
Gary has completed odd chores for several years.  But, I will not contact him again.  Too many instances of never receiving a return call.

He repaired the hole in the soffet. It took him about twenty minutes to make the repair. He returned my call, came when he said he would and did what he said he would do.

Has performed many services for me, but sometimes he forgets to show up. Does good work, but unreliable.

The service and repairs have been excellent until the last service call. Greg is friendly, fair in his pricing and quick response time. I needed a toilet repair and lever replacement. The tub plug system needed to be replaced. They were gold fixtures which he was unable to locate. So my toilet was fixed and the lever is regular silver. The tub is still waiting replacement. Greg did call and tell me the price to have the fixtures gold-plated. I wasn't pleased with the price and asked if he could get the part numbers so I could look online. After several phone calls, I haven't received a phone call back nor have I made any further calls.

He has always done a fair job and is a really nice guy who means well. However, he never shows up. Tired of scheduling a repair and never knowing when he'll decided he feels like performing the work. Wish he could stick to his commitments, because he really is very reasonable in price and nice...

We called Greg and asked him for a bid on replacing a piece of soffit for us that had been damaged by a leak in our roof. He came out the same day and gave us a very satisfactory bid, so we hired him to do the work.
He returned the following week, as promised, and replaced the damaged soffit. It is practically a work of art! Greg obviously takes great pride in everything he does, even very small jobs like this one.
The day he came, my husband happened to have cut down a large tree stump in our backyard, so he asked Greg if he would be willing to haul it away. Greg agreed and charged us only $10 for that extra service -- a very cheap solution to something that we anticipated being a significant headache.
Overall, we could not be more pleased with this experience and will definitely call Greg again when we need something done. We recommend him highly.

Greg came by after we had called him. He came in, was very professional and friendly. Asked us exactly what we wanted which was to raise our living room floor to the level of the rest of the house. He took measurements and told us his recommendations which were to raise the floor using 2x6's at 16and quot; on center and to cover that with 3/4and quot; CDX to support the tiles we had purchased. He then told us the duration of the raising which was a day and a half. He then suggested a sub-contractor that he used for the actual stone tile installation, which we agreed to. His sub came in and told us it would take 2 days to install but that we had to stay off of the floor for a week for the cement and grout to set. Everything was clarified if we had questions, and we had a LOT of questions because we wanted to know what was happening as it happened. His subs were great also.
Overall, Greg was terrific to work with as were his subs and we are very satisfied with his work. We would recommend him to anyone that asked. :D

Greg was able to schedule my job immediately. He was friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating. He paid attention to details and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will call Greg for all future handyman work at my house!

Greg is my new handyman! He was very polite, punctual, very attentive and honest. He was able to do the work the day after I called. He also did some additional caulking around our showers for no cost. My wife liked him and trusts him....enough said!

Greg did a great job. He was very fast, performing the work within a day of when my wife called for the estimate. He showed up exactly on time. He was very clean, using towels to protect our interior floors from any shavings, and vacuuming thoroughly after he was done in the garage. He repaired the doors the right way, correctly assessing the situation before he began his work rather than just jumping in and doing the most apparent (but incorrect) thing. And he came in exactly at his estimated cost.

Having had a very bad experience with a previous handyman, I’m delighted to find Greg, and will definitely use him again in the future.

He was here on time and worked through several scorching hot days. He was by himself but managed to lift and carry out very heavy materials through our gate and into our backyard. His wife did come for an hour or so to help hold up the flooring supports. Now I believe he has gotten so busy that he has hired others to help him. Our small Llasapoo greeted him every day and he was friendly with him too. We would call him again.

He was here for 5 hours and fixed many little annoyances. Did a great job on everything.
