The Maids of Boise and Eagle

The person I spoke with was professional and seemed confident that the cleaning team could perform the job I requested. She repeated mentioned their "22-Step Healthy Touch® Deep Cleaning System" assuring me that nothing on the list would be skipped. I was told that I could go over any special requests with the team lead at the time of the cleaning.  I scheduled the cleaning and was told the team would be there between 10:00am-11:30am, and would call me when they were en route. I had not heard from them so I called and left a message a little after 12:00. (No one has ever answered the phone when I've called, I've always been sent straight to voicemail.) About 1:15, I finally received a call that the team was on their way.
The team of 3 ladies arrived, I spoke to the team lead and requested that the cabinet interiors and fronts be washed as the previous homeowner smoked in the house, (a damp cloth wipe down IS one of their "22-Steps"). I cleaned one of the cabinets with a mild soap and a paper towel and it came out fine. The house is vacant with new carpet and paint so there was not a ton of work to do, however, somehow the two things I was so specific with were completely missed. Not just done poorly, but not done at all. Not only did they not clean the cabinets, they left the stainless steel polish on the fridge (so in a hurry to split they just left it on!?)
I called the next day and left a message to call me regarding my cleaning. The person I spoke with immediately apologized for the mistake they made on the billing. I wasn't aware there was an error at this point and told her of my disappointment with their quality of service. They were to send someone out on 4/27/2015 between 4:00p, and 5:00pm, to remedy the situation. I waited until 5:30 for the girl then gave up and went home. At 6:20pm I received a call from the girl that her personal appointment had run longer than expected and could be there shortly. Since we were having dinner, I declined this stating that I was done waiting for the company to rectify the situation.

The next day I called, left a message, then returned their call and was lucky enough to talk to the owner. We settled on a price for the work that was actually performed, with a credit to me that will be forthcoming. While the situation has been satisfactorily resolved, this experience has precluded them from further consideration for regular cleaning services.
Too long; didn't read: They were an hour and a half late twice, didn't perform the work I requested, charged me too much, and don't answer the phone when you call.

Good and reliable

On this particular date, the team arrived on time. There were three team members. When they were finished, the house looked great. They do not move items but will straighten things so that it looks neat. I am very satisfied with this service. The team members are friendly and helpful, and I am comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend the service to others.
