They are an awesome company. I have used them before. They are very personable and they know what they are doing. They get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They are generally prompt. The owner is active in local associations which is important to me , in giving back to the community. The minimum service call is 95 bucks.

We went from taking our time remodeling to, oh here comes the baby! So I had The Loop come in and clean up my mess ;) and he also added an alarm system and got us a great universal remote to control all of our equipment in the basement for the TV upstairs. He helped spec out a TV which he recommend I purchase through Costco for the warranty and I would be able to get it earlier since we spoke a few times before hand and he wasn't coming in as soon as I wanted the TV.
Eric is very thorough and friendly owner. He walked me through all the steps he would take as well as showed me some extras. He took great care not to make a mess in the house and he and his employee were both very professional with my wife and I. I would and have highly recommended him to all of my family and friends.
