NO NEED TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. I have been in the hospitality business for 25 years. Starting as a bellman at a local hotel & working my way up the "chain" via sales up & down the west coast. I have opened, managed, trained everything from limited properties to 4-star 4-diamond resorts & hotels. Admittedly I have a bit higher standard regarding service simply based off my background. (my bad:) I can tell you without reservation this is the best Angie's List experience I have had hands down. From A-Z the company was fantastic. Addressing all strategic level needs for my yard. When Mark & Tad arrived I threw them a curve ball. (un-announced) Not only did they happily tackle the additional request ... they hit the ball out of the park until the job was done. (& in this heat!) It was almost like a personal goal for them. Anyway, I wish I had more employees & vendors such as The Junk Express. Thank you so much guys for all your help & Kind Regards. We have used the junk express twice and are actually getting ready to use them again. They have always been professional, affordable, and their work ethic is top notch. They not only hauled away misc from our garage during a move they swept the floors. This was nice during a stressful time of listing a home for sale and showings. When they hauled yard debris they cleared out the area completely of weeds and it looked amazing.

Two men showed up on time, after not one but 2 phone calls making sure I was ok with the time window provided.  The second call was to apologize for having to put me at the end of a 2 hour window, not the beginning as originally stated.  Very polite, professional and did the work discussed over the phone in the time and amount quoted. Even cleaned up my patio where all the shrub and tree trimmings had been sitting. Great professional company, will use again if needed and highly recommend.

Mark came to my home to give me a cost estimate.  I showed him what I wanted to have done.
On the scheduled day, the provider gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving.
Two men arrived on time.  They brought a chainsaw,  checked with me to confirm what I wanted and went right to work.
They cut & removed a great number of vines from an overhead trellis  that ran the length of the back of my house.  Their chainsaw was used to cut the thick vines in the ground.  They also did  other trimming.  Again, they used chain saw to cut up many long tree limbs that I had removed from trees.  Hauled some old patio furniture and other items.
The price may sound a bit high because you didn't see the amount of intensive labor they did.  Their work was well worth the price I was quoted.
They cleaned up and removed every thing.  My yard was left tidy.  
The two men did an A+ job.
They're good listeners, excellent workers, and professional.
I'll use them again.

They originally said they'd be here between 12 and 2, at 130 they called thinking they might late, and wanted to make sure it was okay.  Of course, it was okay.  They arrived right at 203,  three whole minutes late.  LOL  
VERY friendly and personable guys.  They worked quickly to get everything loaded,  Chatted with me the whole time.  
I just moved to Boise and these guys made me feel very welcome.  
I'll use them any time I need help with sort of thing again.

This company is fantastic.  Arrived promptly when they said they would, scheduling was a breeze, and the cost was a bit less than I expected.  I personally think they are undervaluing their service, however I will be contacting them again whenever I need large junk/debris removal, and will be recommending them again.

Junk Express offered to come the very day I called. They were not only prompt, they were early, and there was no quibbling about price or the job. Nice work, I'd definitely use them again.

Great service. Guys showed up and were very courteous and professional. Hauled everything away as advertised and would definitely recommend them and use their service again.

I called to have an old refrigerator hauled away. They were courteous on the phone; said they could pick it up the next day, and would call beforehand. They did what they said they would do, and for a reasonable price. I would use them again.
