"We’re sorry that you were unhappy with our service. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why we back every clean with a Satisfaction Guarantee. Upon hearing from you, we attempted to refund the clean, as well as allowed you to waive your early termination fee. Over the 17 years we have been in business, we’ve had thousands of very happy customers, but we know we are not the right fit for everyone. I am sorry it did not work out but wish you the best and hope you can find somebody who will be a better fit."

especially love having Francesca, and Martha come by because they really care
and every time you can tell that, they have not overlooked even the smallest

After I switched to another company, I got a letter stating that, based on their rates, I shouldn't have high expectations. That really sealed the deal. I don't have high expectations, but I do expect people to do their job. There are other cleaners out there that will do a much better job at the same rate. Not recommended at all.
I most likely would not use this company again in the future, because I think they are over-booked, and their cleaning staff can't take the time to really clean. They are rushing, and end up breaking and doing the job halfway.

"As always, there are 2 perspectives to any situation. . Quality is critical to us. Every clean comes with a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee and we train constantly and surprise inspect our crews daily. This is why we keep over 500 Boise family’s clean and happy. In fact, we just completed our annual recertification class for our professional housecleaning staff. It entailed 4 early morning classes and a 5 page final exam! We are proud to be called the “college of cleaning”. This level of training promotes consistency across our staff. While we strive to send the same cleaners each clean we are not worried about quality should a different cleaner need to fill in while one is out on vacation. When a customer hires us we believe they are hiring our company not a single cleaner. In this case, the only request was to NOT take out the garbage. In addition, after a surprise inspection, inspectors leave “inspection slips” behind to encourage customers to call, email or use the website to provide feedback (3 of this customers 4 cleans were inspected). Typically the feedback is good and we share it with the cleaners at our weekly company meetings and add/post the comments to our “wall of fame”. Also, when a customer calls to stop service, we look at it as an opportunity to learn something. Hence, we ask specifically if their decision had anything to do with our service, staff or quality. In this case, the customer called the day before their clean to say they were terminating because of “financial reasons”. The quote about the crew trying to find the best steam cleaning machine they could find was taken out of context and twisted negatively. Rather, the cleaners, who are committed to solving problems and keeping customers happy had verified that their equipment was in good working order and were merely trying to put the customer at ease and close the loop on the earlier observation/concern. Keeping communication lines open is important to us. The original customer email address provided to us was faulty and after our investigation, a new working email was requested and provided. Should email not work we have a direct office line, a back up call center line and website links to assure redundant methods of communication. All this contact info is explained in detail before service begins. We encourage anyone reading this to give us a try. We perform over 250 cleans every week. We have an A+ rating at the BBB and 5 out of 5 stars on every other website we know of."
"We find the allegations in this review to be factually inaccurate and misleading. Please bear in mind that we opened in 2003, clean over 250 houses each week, have an A+ BBB rating and have won the Mark of Excellence in house cleaning award 5 years in a row. NO deposit was forgone. They only paid for the 4 cleans received. We offer clients a choice to have an open ended agreement or a discounted price with a year commitment. The vast majority of our clients are on the year agreement. However, they did not all start out that way but switched after several cleans – thus further validating our service. Leaving a house secure is an imperative aspect of our business. It is our policy to enter the front door, not open the door for anyone while cleaning and always lock it behind us (unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the homeowner). After hearing that the dog got in (i.e. doors were unlocked) we made a point to double check the front door, back door and inside garage door (which we often found unlocked/open upon our arrival) before leaving. We would have crews call us before leaving to assure that doors were confirmed locked. It should be noted that the customer’s daughter often came and went from various doors including the garage while the cleaners were cleaning. Our work hours are days, Monday to Friday. Being accessible is important to us. This is why we have an office line, a call center back up line, email addresses and an online account for customers to choose from when providing feedback."
