He was prompt and friendly, and seemed quite knowledge. Stain that I asked him to take out came back in a week or so, though. Price was higher than I had paid before for similar service with not any better result.

Greg and Terry of the Clean Co. came over and explained their 12 step process of cleaning carpets. They examined my carpet (it is a higher-end carpet and I was worried what would happen if they used hot water on it), and then they checked for stains. I also have a pet and they examined my carpet with a neon light to see if there was any stains from him. All of my stains came out and as they were cleaning they even put two professional drying fans out to speed the process. I was thrilled with their knowledge of types of carpet, carpet protectors, and with stain removal, including pet stains. On another job I had a bathroom sewer line back up and over flow my toilet and sink..."black water", I had new white tile and grout just put in and the black rugs that were on the floor stained my grout. Greg examined and cleaned my tile so that it once again sparkled! The Clean Co. did a fantastic job on both my tile and carpet which really "WOWED" me!
