Everything started out well. All American was responsive in coming to give me a quote and any follow up questions I had. When I scheduled them to do the work, they came the day after they said they would be there, and didn't provide a communication notice. The first day they showed up, I paid them half of the estimate, as previously agreed upon. After a few days of work, they didn't come back for several days and I had to reach out to see what was going on. I was told they were waiting for the fence distributer to pull the supplies and that the expected time to resume work would be a few days. I allowed another week to go by before contacting them again. The voicemail box was (and still is) full and emails were not responded to. That was over 5 weeks ago and I haven't been able to get a hold of them since. So here my fence stands with poles only and half of the money paid out. They may have done half of the work, but it certainly wasn't the expensive half. Based on the materials and the amount of labor they put in, I'm confident it did not come to the amount I paid them. I had to purchase all the wood and finishing materials myself. I feel taken like I was taken advantage of and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Jared and Casey were very knowledgeable about all the questions i had they were very respectful and very fun for my family to interact with would recommend this guys to all my friends
