They came out the day after I called to set up the appointment. They arrived on time and when they said that they would be there. He was very nice and did the work in a timely manner.

I dropped the TV off and was told it might take an extra day or two to diagnose because their techs were in training. It took 4 business days to get a call back. I had a voicemail saying it would cost an additional $50 to repair and they wanted to know if I would authorize the payment. I called back and got someone else, but verified I wanted them to proceed. I waited a few more days and had not heard back, so I called and it turned out nobody relayed the information that I wanted to proceed, so they were just waiting on me and had not even ordered parts yet. I think it would have made sense to call me back in this timeframe, at which point we could have quickly found out my initial call had not been relayed to the correct people. I then had to wait another 3 days for the part to come in.

had appt for specific time but did call to say could come 30min early. Was prepared with all tools and made one trip to truck for parts. Was done in an hr. answered all questions. Was professional and offered advice on future TV purchases.
