Founded in 1991, Ted Mason Signature Homes has been a mainstay in the Treasure Valley. Ted’s specialties are medium to smaller size homes and townhomes filled with high end quality and style. Perfect for those who want the amenities of a more expensive home but with a manageable size, low maintenance lifestyle and affordable price. Ted Mason Signature Homes is a proud member of the Building Contractors Association of Southwest Idaho and Ted also serves on the board of directors. Ted Mason Signature Homes is a Registered Master Builder with the Idaho Building Contractors Association as well as a member of the Better Business Bureau. In 2007 Ted Mason Signature Homes was named a 2007 Integrity Counts honoree by the Better Business Bureau of Idaho. Each year, the Better Business Bureau honors local businesses that exemplify the highest level of trust, respect, integrity, fairness, business ethics and good citizenship We’re very pleased to be the recipients of two 1st place Awards from The BCA as part of the 2012 Parade of Homes. The first award category was in the Kitchen, and the second one for Exterior Design categories.
