Eric Pierce was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Even despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, Eric was able to adapt and adjust his schedule to meet our needs. He is very responsive to customer requests by email and text. Lastly, when Eric realized he had an issue with one of his installers, he made the difficult decision to terminate his employment.

I have a lot of experience with contractors as a Realtor and Designer, and Eric was above and beyond one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with! Even his install team were perfectionists, handling every detail of my curbing too and I never had to tell them a detail twice or worry about the work they were doing. They left the jobsite neat and clean I absolutely LOVE my new yard!! So does my doggie!! Looking forward to low maintenance living!! Thanks Eric!!

After months of trying to figure out how to get crushed oyster shells here at a reasonable price we gave up. Living in the foothills presented a problem with firewise materials. Eric President of Synlawn Idaho was extremely helpful and was able to provide us with the documentation that both the City and our HOA for a Class A fire rating for the product. Just installed yesterday, monster rain last night and it drained perfectly. Love it and maintenance will be so much simpler.

Eric President of Synlawn Idaho was personable and followed up promptly with the problem that we had with the initial defective lawn product. In spite of the economic situation this country is in because of Covid, he was able to take care of replacing and installing our backyard lawn in a timely manner.

We love our new synthetic lawn and the process was so easy and much more affordable than we'd imagined.
