I had one prior to this that dated back to 1995. When they replaced it I was really impressed by their promptness and attention to detail. They're really great. Their follow-through is wonderful. Additionally the spa itself is terrific.

Learned this company has been in business over 35 years and based on their customer service, I can see why.
There was no rush as they explained to me how to care for a spa and why they recommended certain products.
Water testing was free and they keep the results in their system for future reference.
I left the store feeling like I could handle spa care and knowing there was someone to answer any questions which might arise.

We had been looking for a hot tub for a while and everyone we spoke with recommended Snake River Pool and Spa. They didn't steer us wrong.We stopped by the booth at the home and garden show and were impressed with the selection as well as the no pressure sales staff. Marc showed us what was available and we then visited the show room for a test soak. Marc and the staff were very responsive while we were waiting for delivery and today when Russ and the installers came out it was a painless experience. If you re thinking about a hot tub I would strongly recommend Snake River
