Siding Pros of Idaho was quick to respond. The work was done for the quoted price. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. The crew was very polite and respectful. The work was top quality, in fact it was better than what I was expected. They even repaired some sections I said wasn't required. Basically they went above and beyond. Additionally, the owner was very easy to talk to and work with. Over all, I was very pleased.

It went very good, Greg Chapman did an outstanding job. Also Ed Lacey the owner also stopped to see if everything was done to a high standard.

The work was done in five days. The crew kept the site cleaned up each day.

First, I want to say Ed Lacey of Siding Pros of Idaho is a great guy: funny, smart, and a pro at what he does. He went the extra mile to make sure my new windows and French door were exactly to my specifications. I hired him as my siding installer because he is an expert at installing Hardie Board, not as a general contractor. We, both he and I, were very clear that I was not hiring a general contractor. My responsibilities, as were his, were very clear. And Hardie Board was the choice we made, knowing our environment here in Idaho. Ed was clearly the man to do it. Second, let's be real. I'm re-siding my house. It's going to be a construction zone. My gardeners stopped mowing. My housekeepers quit. My mailman refused to deliver my mail. Do I care? No. I have a fantastic new exterior with amazing views exactly to my specifications. He did exactly, and I mean exactly, what I asked him to do. He is forthright, honest, and kept me informed about both moving along more quickly and any delays. As with any endeavor, there is going to be manufacturing time. I wanted a very specific kind of French door (one that is not made in Idaho) and he was able to obtain and install it for me with a little delay and a bit more money above the contracted price. I'm in love with it. It is everything I wanted and then some. Everyone who walks into my construction zone oohs and aahs over the design, completely ignoring the drywall dust. It is perfection. Third, the exterior of my house, though as yet not painted, is extraordinary. His crews were amazing. Considering the heat (+106) and the sheer amount of crap they had to take off my 40+ year old house, I am still amazed at how clean my grounds are. Those boys went the extra mile to use minimum impact on my property. My specimen plants along the foundations are still intact and thriving. The thorn-less Boysenberries along my east wall, the ones salvaged with love and care from my beloved grandmother's garden 20 years ago, will bear fruit next year because of Ed's team. It's the little things with this guy, his guys, and his company, that spur me to write this review. How can I explain that next May, when I call my mother on her birthday, that we will be eating a Boysenberry in celebration? All because of Ed's boys taking care of us. Is there still work to be done? Yes. Am I comfortable with it? Yes. Do I think Ed is going to come through 100%? Yes. And eventually, all will be improved. Because I asked Ed Lacey to do the job. I don't think anyone else could have done it better. It just takes time and patience and a love for doing a job well done.

They provided a competitive bid in a timely and friendly manner. Upon hire, they arrived promptly when they were scheduled to install the siding and completed the project before the established deadline! The finished product looks beautiful!

The process from start to finish went smoothly and on time.

It was about a 5 week project. Most of the work was completed in 4 weeks but there were small details to finish up and some touch up painting etc. to be done the last week. It was a huge project not without its problems. The owner, Ed Lacey, addressed all problems and took care of them. Nothing was left undone. The main siding guy, Whitie, was also very good. He kept the crew going. The siding looks fantastic. The painting crew was a little slow but the quality of their work was excellent as well. The window crew also did a very good job.
