They said all but one of the frames was fine; so it ended up costing less than I had expected.

Great service and excellent job in setting us up with new screens. Needed new frames on a couple of the windows and they did an excellent job with those as well. Very happy with their work.

On the first visit I gave Dean a check for the first deposit. The screens had to be ordered but that was no problem. The problem was, Dean held onto my check for one month. The check should have been deposited (my opinion, sooner). Anyway it would have been better for the company to say they would rather have cash than a check and I could have arranged for that option. My screens are beautiful and I have received a lot of complements from my neighbors.

I contacted Mobile Screen because I had 5 window screens that had been damaged by a newly adopted rescued dog who was experiencing separation anxiety.  They were very responsive and provided me with an estimate for the screen replacement and we set a date for the work to be completed.  The service provider was friendly and completed the work in about 20 minutes and he even offered to install the screens for me.  I am very pleased with the work and will call them again for future screen replacement.

I had originally set up an appointment with Dean to come to my home to replace 4 screens that had holes in them. When he didn't arrive 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I called him only to find out that he doesn't do repairs when it is raining because he uses a generator on his truck. I wish I had know that ahead of time. Perhaps he told me and I didn't remember. I rescheduled for a week later. Adam arrived within the time allotted, was professional and took my screens out to his truck, repaired them, replaced the clips to good as new condition in only about 10 minutes. It was great to have the convenience of him coming right to my home. I was very pleased with the work preformed.

You can feel confident that you'll get high quality frames and screening, and you'll have the right materials in the colors you want. You'll also get expert advice--along with all of your possible options, patiently given by Adam--and that in itself is worth a lot if you value your home.
Adam will also tell you if you don't need a new frame but just a screen. Wow! He'll also use his expertise in telling you if you might be better off with a certain type of framing job. His main concerns are quality of product and workmanship, and keeping things affordable for you. I really appreciated this.
You can't go wrong with this company. Honest, high quality products and work, pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable, real experts in the business---I can't praise Adam and Screenmobile of Boise enough. I also like working with small, locally owned, family-run businesses like this one.
How long to do all of this work? Right around 80 minutes--that's all! I was really impressed. That includes me explaining what needed to be done for the first 10-15 minutes. I felt bad that I only scheduled five windows, but had a lot more work I wanted done with the doors and with needing new frames.

Fine. He showed up at appointed time, measured the window, went out to his truck and made the screen. Returned in 10 min. and installed it. Job finished.
