They were fast, very good and getting the parts and fixing my washing machine in the same day!  The technician was clean and left my place immaculate.  I would use them again for sure.

he checked the breaker over and over.  Because he was thorough, he diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat instead of the entire heating unit.  It is because he took his time and tested it again and again, the solution cost less then $100, where a speedy diagnosis would have replaced the entire heater at thousands.

He was great. He was good, nice, fast and personable. He just came in, fixed my dryer and left. I think the price was reasonable. I would use him again in the future; I have his magnet on the fridge.

It was good and positive. He was just prompt, got it done and even found the part that we had on hand so that he could fix the machine so we didn't have to go and buy a new part. He was efficient and friendly. The price was reasonable.

We needed to replace a range hood and needed to remove the 300+ lb. range from the space to accommodate the workers. Ron arrived at the appointed time, smoothly and efficiently removed the range, then promptly restored it once the work was done, including making sure the range was level. His work is neat, professional and courteous. I will be calling on him for other appliance matters as needed.

This experience went terrible. We would never use them again. They were extremely unprofessional. His wife would constantly make harassing phone calls and made inappropriate comments about our property. Our house was flooded as a result of their poor work.

Excellent., Ron arrived on time, quickly found the problem and explained what was going-on to my wife. She felt very comfortable doing business with Ron, who carried-out all aspects of the work competently and professionally. We most appreciated Ron's suggestions regarding preventive maintenance in the future to avoid having this probl;em again.

I searched Angie's List and found Ron's Pro Appliance having great reviews.I called Ron in the evening and made an appointment. He came out and talked with my wife and was able to diagnose the problem easily.He told us we just needed a Glow-Bar igniter and would order one right a way. He called a few days latter when the part had come in and set up a time to install it.I was running late and he stayed there at the house waiting for me. He was very understanding and pleasant about it.He tore open the stove, replaced the part, and had it working in no time.Ron was personable to me and my wife and acted in a professional manner. I would hire him again.

We liked him very well. He diagnosed the problem and gave us his recommendations. We were satisfied with his work. He was very honest and trustworthy.

Ron answered the phone promptly even though I called at 9:00 PM on a Monday night. Unlike major appliance repair houses like Sears, he provided a diagnosis and estimate over the phone. After calling around, I found that Ron's prices were more than 30% less than others, and this was confirmed by his Angie's List ratings. He arranged to be at our house between 9:30 and 10:00 AM on Wednesday (he was booked solid on Tuesday, a good sign), and he showed up exactly as scheduled. He confirmed his diagnosis, then called to get a price on the motor, which was $35 more than he had estimated, but still well within reason. He left to pick up the motor and returned within an hour to complete the repair.
After Ron left, the dryer developed a squeak after it warmed up, so I called Ron and had him listen to it over the phone. He arranged to return the next morning at 9:00 AM, by which time the squeak had abated. Ron explained that squeaks like I experienced are not uncommon after a dryer is given a good cleaning, and they often go away with just a little use. I told Ron I appreciated the fact that he showed up anyway rather than telling me to 'give it time', and he said 'better safe than sorry'.
I found Ron to be professional, courteous, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I'll definitely use him again.
