I highly recommend this company. You can count on great work at a fair price. His crew works hard to keep the job site safe and clean. Frank checks each completed job and if it does not meet his standards, he will have it redone.

We were given an estimate and after comparing it with other companies decided it was fair. We were given our choice of roofing looks. They came when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up each day. There was a patch that was rough and they did not think they could fix it. We said okay. They smoothed out the rough patch and it looks terrific.

After price was established, we agreed to a start date and the work began. Renaldo and crew arrived early and stayed late each night. The first day or so involved removing the old roof. A very messy job to be sure however, they were very mindful of all the debris and took extra care to ensure everything was cleaned up when they left each night. I have two dogs so I was especially glad to see them using a large magnet to gather up stray roofing nails. In fact they actually cleaned up the leaves and other yard debris too. The whole roof was removed and replaced in 3 1/2 days. The only issue was very minor. The first time I used my oven fan a bunch of dirt and little cedar chips came flying out. I called Frank Roman the next day and he was able to send Renaldo out that very afternoon. He not only removed the microwave and cleaned out the vent, he even cleaned the yucky grease off the microwave before they re-installed it. I wished every contractor I worked with was this conscientious.

This company went above and beyond. The repair they did was great! The inspector for the insurance company came out the next day after it was done and said that we did not need a new roof because of the great repair job that they did.

I would highly recommend Roman Roofing. The job was done on time and within budget. He is a small, independent contractor who was recommended to me by another party. He is going to replace my roof this spring.
