Furniture - Sales
It took less than a few days to sell a 3' x 4' oil painting for $200. I think Renewal underpriced the item. Next time I will negotiate to assist in setting the price. Since Renewal gets paid a percentage of the price, it is in their best interest to get the highest price. They know the market better than I do, so I can't really complain. I hope to get there next week to sell another painting.
