I cannot say enough great things about Quality Heating and Cooling. This is the best heating and cooling company that I have ever worked with. They have great customer service, they were prompt and thorough, and just a pleasure to work with. They could not have done a better job.

They're very polite, do exactly what they say they are going to do and give you warning in advance on what they are up to.

Installed a controller (thermostat) upstairs so that upstairs and downstairs are now seperate zones. Upstairs used to be cold in winter and hot in summer when downstairs was set at a comfortable temperature. Tried using register boosters and had moderate success at best. Zoning was the best option for the money and it was worth every penny! It was in the low 80's today and my daughter was saying it was chilly in her room! Quality heating did a great job. They were clean, courteous and obviously care about their work. They spotted some corners that were cut by the company that installed our furnace/ac about a year ago and fixed them at no extra cost while doing the current job. Very happy with the sales rep/estimator (Kevin). He was very helpful, honest and really wanted to make sure we got what we needed, not just pretent to and forget your name as soon as he left. These guys are our new HVAC company from here on.

Kevin and I started talking about putting in a new HVAC system into my home about a year and a half ago. He came to my house and did a thorough job of inspecting my current system and calculating the needs for comfort and economy. My budget wouldn't allow the upgrade at the time, and I had to hold of on the purchase. I had talked to other HVAC companies that had good ratings on Angies List, but none of them followed up. Kevin did follow up a year later, and I am glad he did! He found a fantastic deal for me, and his team of people installed the system quickly. It was a very professional installation, and looked and ran better than I could have imagined! My utility bills have been reduced by 2/3 so far, and the system has completely upgraded the feel and comfort of my home. Kevin and his team were always respectful and professional. They took care of all of my concerns right to the end. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs, because I believe they have integrity and will do the job right the first time!

We pay $160 per year for inspections twice yearly, priority responses when called, and 10% discount on parts. Our furnace is in the crawl space under the house, and they change the air filter (provided by us) at no extra charge when they inspect the furnace. The one time we did call them regarding a problem, they came right away. The employees they send are always professional.

The furnace wasn't working and I called them. They were here within an hour and half, figured out what the problem was and fixed it up. I was extremely impressed with how professional and prompt they were. They did clean up after the work.
