Property People are great to work with. I have a house in Boise in which I grew up in. For work purposes I had to move away for Boise but I don’t want to sell the house at this time. Property People helped me get renters into my house so I can continue to pay the Mortgage and make an additional profit. They are very professional and do a great job on choosing good renters for my house.

Property People had their man on the job right away, The occupants were happy with his work therefore I was happy with his work. Everybodys happy! How could it be any better than that?

Always an email or callback whenever I have a question, and every single issue with our home has been handled incredibly fast. I've had good, bad and absolutely horrible managers in the past with my other properties and I can say without a doubt, Property People has been fantastic, from depositing payments every month on-time, to having a good service crew when tenants call in for repairs or emergency issues.

I cant stress enough that Property People is by far the best rental agency in the valley. They are very nice and up front, easy to get a hold of, respond to maintenance issues and concerns immediately. Property People are better than renting direct from owner. They have properly drawn up lease agreements unlike most other agencies that try to scam money from renters and run your daily life. After dealing with scam after scam with other rental agencies my Aunt and I were just about to give up trying to find a home. Then we found Pamela at Property People, she showed us our dream home and got us in for a fair price. Things happen for a reason

Front door weatherstripped & caulked at he bottom, both inside and outside. Door is now sealed very tightly and will save me money on both my heating and A/C. Bathtub re-caulked perfectly. Last year's furnace repair handled very effectively, efficiently and professionally. Maintenance requests were taken care of within one business day.

Chad, Pamela, Sara and Michale have done an incredible job keeping my homes rented with exceptional tenants. In the two years I've been working with them I haven't had more than a few days of vacancy. They are always very responsive and helpful, taking on all of the stressful aspects of owning rental property. I highly recommend them.
