+ -1 moreI had my '95 Suburban towed in to Peterson Chev on a Sunday after the car was overheating and water leaked out of the radiator. On Monday mid morning they called to inform me it was the radiator and it needed replacement, for an estimated cost of $1,250. I told the service agent I thought that was a lot, he agreed and said he would see if he could reduce that. 30 minutes later he called and said he had found a less expensive radiator and it would only be $750. In the mean time I had checked around and got an estimate for $375, from a small repair shop i'd gone to in the past Eur-asian Motors. I reclaimed my car after paying the approximate $100 diagnostic fee ( fill in the space here with how you'd feel) and had it repaired at Eur-Asian Motors. I think Peterson Chev will not be the 1st place I ever go for repair again.

+ -1 morePrompt service was provided to our Chevy Aveo on very short notice. There was inadvertent damage to a spark plug wire necessitating a follow-up service the following day while we were out of town. Peterson has fully reimbursed us for this cost. Car is now performing well.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty engine seal; cleaned and repaired throttle mechanism; diagnostic for stalling problem; repaired broken air filter cover.
